Why aren’t the beans dropping?

Good question and we are sorry to hear that your beans are not dropping from the hopper, but we’ll be happy to help!

Here are the steps to take to resolve this issue:

  1. Turn off your Bellwether and iPad, and then turn them back on
  2. Push the hopper back until you hear the click 
  3. Check the sensor to make sure it’s not loose 
  4. Try another roast
