Holiday Roasting Best Practices

Holiday Roasting Best Practices

Holiday weekends can mean busy cafes and increased coffee sales. This is a great thing, but we want to make sure you have what you need during those busy seasons.

Things to keep in mind as you prepare:

1. Bellwether Support Reduced or Limited Hours

Our Customer Support will be closed while the team spends holidays with their families. You will be notified in advance of any Support closings or hour changes. All Support tickets received during a holiday break will be responded to on the next business day. We thank you in advance for your patience!

2. Roast Ahead

Please roast in advance and roast additional coffee prior to a holiday.  This will prepare you for the increase in sales, or if there is a technical issue with your roaster as service visits will be delayed.

Learn more about inventory levels and roasting scheduling here.

3. Order Green Coffee

Holiday warehouse closures and shipping delays may occur.

Green coffee shipping take longer than usual, so please order coffee sooner rather than later so you are prepared.
