How do I get in touch with support?

For support requests or if you have a support related questions, please use the iPad to file a case through the Bellwether App, or please get in contact with the Customer Support Team via the following:

If you’re working with a Customer Success Manager and have strategic questions, you can also reach out to them directly!

When can I get help?

We’re available to help Monday through Friday, 9 am – 9 pm EST, US holidays excluded, for problem resolution assistance (“Support Hours”).

You may initiate a help desk ticket during Support Hours by emailing support@bellwethercoffee.com or calling 844-307-7304.

How long will it take you to resolve my problem?

If your roaster has a technical issue, you can expect a Bellwether representative to be in touch with you within 2 business hours. Depending on the severity of the problem, we aim to get you up and roasting within 5 business days. However, this timing can fluctuate depending on the issue and technician availability.
