Water Reservoir Troubleshooting + FAQs

Is that steam? Is something wrong with my water bottle?

If the reservoir is not collecting water, there is a possibility that the tube might be clogged which can cause steam to escape. If this is the case, please let us know and we can schedule a visit.

I emptied the water bottle but I’m having a hard time fitting it back in.

Can you try rotating the chaff bin assembly to the right? It is possible the bucket is butting against the metal behind it. If that doesn’t solve it, please snap a few pics and email them over so we can investigate.
