Hopper
My hopper is stuck or won’t disengage. What should I do?
Our recommendation would be to start a roast without any coffee and when it reaches 100%, the hopper will become disengaged. You will then need to stop the roast and attempt to pull the hopper out from the roaster.
Beans aren’t dropping from the hopper.
Try the following steps:
- Turn off your Bellwether and iPad, and then turn them back on
- Push the hopper back until you hear the click
- Check the sensor to make sure it’s not loose
- Try another roast
