What is it?
If your Bellwether roaster becomes inoperable, customers can utilize The Customer Support Roasted Coffee Program to have roasted Bellwether Marketplace coffee shipped to your door to sell and serve your customers.
How we help:
1. The Bellwether Team will roast and ship a choice of 6 coffees, including a decaf, roasted at any of our custom profiles (light, medium, medium-dark, and dark.)
2. Support Roasted coffee orders placed after 5 pm Friday will get sent out first thing Monday.
3. Bellwether will invoice you for the green coffee cost.
4. Bellwether will cover the cost of expedited shipping.
Please Note:
We only offer six different roasted options at any given time. When you request Support Roasted Coffee, we will let you know our available inventory. You can order roasted coffee when your roaster is down at any of our custom profiles: light, medium, medium-dark, and dark.
It’s important to remember that the coffee you will be receiving will not have degassed for the recommended 3-5 days. For best results, we’d recommend letting the coffee degas if possible. While this can vary by roast level and bean, we recommend at least 3-5 days of degassing time. - When do I have to pay this invoice? What are the terms?
We will bill orders for SRCP at Net30 terms. Invoice can be paid by link (Credit Card/ACH), wire transfer, or check by mail
- How will I receive my invoice?
Customers will receive their invoice as an email with a PDF attachment
- How much do the coffees cost?
The cost to you is simply the green coffee cost.
- Once I place my order, how long will it take to arrive?
All orders are shipped overnight, but it will likely take two days to get to your business.
If you place an order on Tuesday, it may not be roasted and shipped until Wednesday. With overnight shipping, it will arrive Thursday. This is one of several reasons we strongly suggest you always keep two days of roasted inventory on hand (the other reason being that it tastes better).
