How much space do I need on all sides of the roaster? 

The roaster requires 6 inches of space on the left side (facing roaster) for ventilation.  The roaster requires a total space of 70 inches high x 40 inches wide x 30 inches deep. 

What are the roaster specifications?

The dimensions of the roaster are 70 inches high x 34 inches wide x 30 inches deep. 

Because the roaster requires an additional 6 inches of space on the left side, you will need a total space of 70 inches high x 40 inches wide x 30 inches deep. 

Electrical Configuration

What type of electrical outlet will I need for the roaster?

There are two choices for the electrical outlet:

  • 240 VAC /50 Amp/1 PH with NEMA 14-50 Receptacle 
  • 208 VAC/50 Amp /3 PH with NEMA 15-50R Receptacle

Will I need to upgrade my breaker/electrical panel?

Maybe, it depends on what your building has at the moment. You will need a 50 Amp dedicated breaker.

Where does the electrical outlet box need to be located? 

The roaster cord is 6 feet long.  The receptacle must be installed within 3’ proximity of the machine location. The outlet box needs to be at least 12” and no more than 24” up the wall.
