What should I do?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our recommendation would be to start a roast without any coffee and when it reaches 100%, the hopper will become disengaged. You will then need to stop the roast and attempt to pull the hopper out from the roaster.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beans aren\u2019t dropping from the hopper.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Try the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Turn off your Bellwether and iPad, and then turn them back on<\/li><li>Push the hopper back until you hear the click&nbsp;<\/li><li>Check the sensor to make sure it\u2019s not loose&nbsp;<\/li><li>Try another roast<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;re still seeing issues with the hopper, please let us know and we can assess next steps.
